Fostering Independence Through Collaboration
Individualized Plans
Our clinical professionals will develop an individualized care plan based off of evidence based practices specific to your client’s needs and diagnosis, using our hexagonal approach to fostering independence.
Functional Skill Development
Individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) often struggle to learn functional skills. It is important to develop these skills in order to increase an individual's ability to achieve greater independence.
What, How & Why
Three important questions need to be answered to help foster independence:
What: What behaviors are we going to teach that will foster independence?
How: How does the client learn and how can we teach these behaviors effectively?
Why: Why does this particular behavior have importance in this domain or why is it significant?
Growing Independence & Confidence
Each consulting session is an opportunity to embrace a new challenge. Our approach to learning focuses on fostering independence, teaching functional skills and encouraging clients to build upon their behavioral foundation to navigate their world confidently and independently.
Parent and Caregiver Collaboration
While our programs encourage the client to become better independent learners, we’ve also included special opportunities for you to work together along with our team to help guide you through developing the skills needed to continue your children’s growth and development one behavior at a time.
